Submitted by Onyxwolf (Can be done either in the oven or on the grill.) Ingredients and Directions Your choice and quantity of veggies cut into bite sized pieces. (I pick broccoli, cauliflower, red potatoes {quartered, but not peeled}, baby carrots, garlic cloves, onion, and red and green peppers.) Take a sheet of heavy duty foil and fold it in half so it's extra heavy duty. Place the veggies on the foil and drizzle Italian dressing over them to coat. Then take another piece of foil and place it on top, crinkling the edges together with the bottom piece to make a pouch. Place in a pre heated oven {about 350ºF or on a grill}. Cook for about 20 mins, or until the veggies are tender. |
