1 cup half and half or light cream Directions In a small saucepan combine cream, chocolate and sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture comes to a full boil. Gradually stir 1/2 of hot mixture into beaten eggs. Add egg yolk mixture back into hot mixture in pan. Cook and stir over low heat for about 2 more minutes. Remove from heat add vanilla. Pour into dessert cups and chill 2 hrs or overnight. Top with whipped cream. Serves 4 to 6
