Ingredients
1 14 oz can fat-free eagle brand sweetened condensed milk 1 14 oz
package of shredded coconut 1 egg white 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2
tsp almond extract
Directions
Prep: preheat oven to 325. Line cookie sheets with aluminium foil, and
spray with floured baking spray (or grease and flour).
Stir together wet ingredients, then stir in coconut. Place in rounded
teaspoons onto cookie sheets, and bake until golden brown (about 12
minutes in my oven, but recipe said 15 to 17).
