Submitted by Cyn (This is a good recipe for those of you who don't like your stuffing/dressing placed inside the bird.) Ingredients
1 lb pork sausage (I like Jimmy Dean Sage flavored!) Directions Crumble sausage into pan and cook with onion and celery. Drain off excess grease. Soak bread cubes in broth while the sausage cooks. Stir together bread, herbs, sausage and veggies, cranberries and the egg. Shape into small balls...as you would Swedish meatballs. Place on large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 325 for 25-30 min.
