2 C home made mashed potatoes 2 eggs 1/2 C milk 2 TBSP
unbleached flour 1/4 tsp onion powder salt to taste (considering
the potatoes were already salted, I used a dash)
Directions
Mix and cook like pancakes. I swirled them a little in the pan to thin
out. They end up soft on the inside, crisp on the outside, and are meant
to be savory. We always added ketchup to the finished pancakes.
