Ingredients
1/2 pound green beans. (9oz frozen pkg) 2 tablespoons sllivered
almonds 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Directions
Cut fresh green beans into 1 inch pieces or french cut lengthwise. Cook
green beans, in a smal amount of boiking water till crisp-tender. Drain
and keep warm.
Meanwhile, cook and stir almonds in melted butter over med. heat till
golden brown. Remove from heat stir in lemon juice. Mix with green beans
serve warm.
Serves three.
