4 1/2 oz. brie 3 Tbsp Amaretto 1 1/2 oz. sliced almonds 1 Tbsp.

Directions
Saute almonds in butter and Amaretto until lightly brown. Spread them on
top of the Brie. Bake at 350 degrees until the brie is warm and soft to
the touch, about 10 minutes. DO NOT overbake!
Remove from oven and serve with grapes, apples, French bread, etc.
