2 cups walnut halves 1/4 cup unsalted butter 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/8
teaspoon Cayenne pepper 3/4 teaspoon coarse Kosher salt
Directions
In heavy skillet, melt butter of medium heat. Add spices and stir for 30
seconds. Add nuts and salt. Cook stirring for three minutes or until
nuts are lightly toasted.
Drain nuts on paper towels. Store in air tight container.
