1 Cup Hershey’s Cocoa Directions Spray a 9” square pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine cocoa and sugar in a large saucepan. Blend in condensed milk. Add butter and cook over low heat until it comes to a boil. Stir constantly for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour mixture into prepared pan and chill until firm (generally 4 hours or more). Cut in 1” squares. Roll in powdered sugar if desired. Store in airtight container. Fudge can be frozen. |
