Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed 1 c. broccoli,
steamed 1 c. carrots, steamed (any other veggies, cooked, if
desired) 1 can water chestnuts 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2
c. mayo (or Miracle Whip) 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. milk (or enough
to make mixture spreadable) 1 to 2 tsp. curry powder shredded
swiss (I use 8 oz.) 1 c. crushed cornflakes 1/2 stick butter,
melted
Directions
Place chicken in bottom of 9x13. Cover with steamed veggies and water
chestnuts. Mix soup, mayo, sour cream, milk and curry powder - spread
over chicken and veggies. Cover with shredded Swiss - as much as
desired. Cover with corn flakes and pour melted butter over top. Bake at
350 for 30 min.
