1 8x8 pan prepared cornbread, from scratch or mix Directions In a large bowl crumble the cornbread and tear the toasted bread into pieces. Add all the rest of the ingredients except the broth. Combine well. Add broth a little at a time and stir together until all the bread is moistened to the desired consistancy. Add more broth or water if needed. Taste, adjust seasoning if needed. Refrigerate overnight in covered bowl or until ready to stuff the bird (yeah, I still stuff mine) or bake in a pan (dot with butter) at 350 degrees for approx. 30 mins or until golden brown on top.
