Some people follow different paths or adopt different roles from Celtic culture: outsider, warrior, bard, healer, priest, etc.  Is this something that should be part of RCR?  Which paths do people here follow?  What does this mean?  Does it relate to deities and spiritual practice?  How?

As of now, I'm just a simple layman. I working on forming stronger relationships with the Gods and spirits, and studying folklore, history, and language as I'm soon to approach the filidecht path.

I'm on a hearth keeping and bardic path.  Because I'm stay at home mother, keeping hearth and home is particularly important to me and I spend a lot of time at it.  Before I began walking a CR/ADF druidic path, I practiced kitchen/hedge witchery.  I think that these two paths are complimentary and my kitchen witchery has really become an extension of my druidic practice.  Making things for my family and friends, cooking, gardening, even cleaning house- these things are all imbued with magic now.  When I began practicing ADF style rituals, I noticed that these activities seemed even more magical and interesting.  I think that by worshiping my ancestral Gods in a way that pleases them, I am blessed by Brigid and my hearth practice is greatly strengthened.

I also enjoy telling stories and writing.  I love reading to my daughter and the wide eyed looks she gives me when she's really into a story.  Writing has always been one of my deepest passions, particularly creating poetry.
