now I'm being investigated to see if I violated my clients rights.  If they decide I did they are going to take me to court.  I tell you, I keep thinking I'm going to wake up from this nightmare. I keep hoping it's all a nightmare.

I talked to the lady this afternoon.  I told her what happened, explained that I wasn't asleep.  We talked about a few other things and my manager.  I explained that they consider asleep just having your feet up, doesn't matter if you are wide awake.  She told me that she had no control over how they describe sleeping, but she had to investigate anyway.  She didn't say it in a mean way.

I'm not sure how the meeting went.  She told me she would get a hold of me if she had any questions.  I have no clue how long the investigation will last.

I hate asking again, but I could really use some good energy sent my way.
