Oh hell, why not. They've been rewriting history for some time now, this move really doesn't surprise me.  Roll Eyes

Building a More Conservative Bible

It looks like Conservapedia, the conservative alternative to Wikipedia founded by Andy Schlafly, son of the Eagle Forum's Phyllis Schlafly, has undertaken a new project - making a more conservative Bible:

oh, I particularly like changing "Pharisee" to "intellectual."  That's just charming.

Because it's EASY to just translate across from one specific cultural group to a word that just means anyone that dares to go around THINKING.
