All I know about the Kemetic marriages (at least back then) was that there wasn't always a ceremony for them. You could just as easily move into a house together, and you were married. While some nobles (and the Pharaoh) had arranged marriages, more often than not, marriages were for love, not money.
As for today, I have no idea what types of rituals they have, or that Kemetics perform. I'd probably just do a handfasting, since it's far easier to come by.

For our tradition, it is a handfasting witnessed by the coven (and any guests, of course!). A circle is cast, the Gods and Guardians are invited to attend, there is the exchange of vows (hand written or otherwise), a ceremonious hand binding with cord, lots of wine, take down the circle, and there you go to the feast!

I consider my first wedding to be a perfectly cromulent Kemetic wedding.  We had a justice of the peace who did house calls show up.

Second wedding actually had a ritual written 'cos we couldn't just punt to the legal system.  It wasn't religious, because both of us are from religious traditions that think marriage is a legal contract (and why are you hassling the gods about it?).

Modern Canaanite pagans generally refer to an ancient text that appears to be part myth and part marriage ritual.  It tells of the moon god, Yarikh, requesting to marry the goddess Nikkal.   I have a short summary of the text here: http://www.geocities.com/openhands83/nikkal.html

It shows that marriage was traditionally a business contract between families first and foremost.  Dowries were negotiated and matchmakers were used, at least among the wealthy.  If there was a religious ritual, the myth of Yarikh and Nikkal may have been recited or acted out to invoke the blessings of the deities involved with marriage, love and fertility.

Today's practitioners may choose to incorporate elements into their own weddings, I don't know.  I married last year and had a civil ceremony, asking the gods silently during it to bless our marriage (specifically for love and good fortune, not so much for fertility since we don't want kids).  There's nothing official, just ideas and suggestions we might take away from the texts.
