As an option it has a practical side more so for imigrants fom countries such as India (There are a few Indian names that I have a lot of trouble pronouncing correctly)  but really !    I hope the employees have a name that they decided he should be called (behind his back of course)

If my Spanish is right, I think that name would be "Pendejo"
