Anyone here consider themselves to be lapsed in their faith?  What were the important factors that led to this decision?  Do you see yourself ever rejoining your faith or would you consider searching for another faith?

Sometimes I put my spirituality on the shelf for years. Sometimes I try to invoke it back into my life, sometimes it just comes back in fits & starts.

I think it's natural - we should never stop questioning, even if it leads us into dead ends.

I still firmly believe in the Gods and pray to them informally, I haven't done anything formal in regards to worship and ritual for...Gods I don't know how long.  Can't say that this will change in the near future but who knows where I will be five or ten years from now.

Yes, as far as religion goes. I spent most of my life quite wiccish. Lack of community, male-preference bisexuality and the lack of access to BTW (together with the very low quality of the neo-wiccan community in the parts of Oz I've lived in; although, to be fair, I have trouble seeing non-BTW wicca as 'the real deal'; so maybe the low quality didn't make a lot of difference) all played their part in my lapsing. I am now actively seeking a religion that is congruent with my Stoicism.
