I don't need any leather at the moment, but I need 24 jewelry and 19 perfumes to get to the next level.  Does anyone have any?  I will send cedar in return.

Never mind, I figured that you can buy them at the market Embarrassed

You can also go to the scroll wall and make offerings for people there - say you want to trade and what you have.

Mel,

I have cedar up to my earlobes so I'd hardly need you to trade it to me.  BUT, if you ever need jewelry I will sell them to you for a reasonable amount of bread.  This way if you need exactly 73 jewelry you can ask for it instead of resorting to paying for 300 because that's the smallest amount people are selling.  And I sell it without paying market fees.

I will keep that in mind.  Now I must see how my camp full of slaves who are required to do everything I tell them to village is going.

Anyone got any sculpture lying around?  I need 39 so I can snag a gold on the other side of the river before they're all gone.

If I had them, I'd share, but I'm both gold and sculpture free at the moment.

Actually, I just need the sculpture to go across the river and establish a new villige in the gold deposits (then go south and get me some shiny green rocks)

I'm not quite ready for expansion.  Trying to build up the first village a bit before taking over the world.

Right now I'm on level four (warehouse, however, is on leval six) so I probably should build up as well.  I just want an endless supply of gold and gems in virtual life as I want in real life.  Is that so much to ask for!?

Cheesy  I'm at level four as well, as far as the Palace goes.  Everything else is in varying states of organized chaos.

Does there come a point where you guys have to jockey against each other for land and resources, or can you just keep co-operating with each other without competing?

I think it's the latter.

I'm not sure, as I've been busy looking for the button marked "Take over the world."   Cheesy

I think the relevant buttons are marked "What are we going to do tonight?" and "Same thing we do every night, Pinky."

Actually, I just need the sculpture to go across the river and establish a new villige in the gold deposits (then go south and get me some shiny green rocks)

Just FYI:  think carefully about which resource you want for your second village.  It's going to be MUCH more expensive to establish a third one.  I'm looking at a gold plot myself and I'll need:

11250- bread
7875  -bricks
25     -ships
1800  -sandals
1800  -sculpture
1500  -cosmetics
1500  -perfume
3       -scarabs

So obviously it's going to be a really long time before I can get all that.  I almost wished I'd gone for the gold instead of jumping on the cedar.
