Yeah. They're pretty much trash trees.

I know when I had a few at my house in Dallas, I'd have to go out every time we had some moderate wind (10-15 mph) and pick up all the branches that fell out of the tree. They're not at all sturdy, and one of my neighbor's trees actually split in two.

I don't hate them as much as I do magnolias, but they're definitely trash trees.
