This and The Magician are very nice! Are you going to try to do an entire deck or just the trumps?

Thank you!  I'm going to try the whole the deck, but it definitely won't be an overnight process!

I like this one too.  It's a little odd not to see the more traditional display of the tarot suit symbols, but I think they would just clutter up the card.

That was bugging me, too, so I added a couple tetrahedron die with the suits on them since Hermes is the god of chance.  I like it much better now.  Here's the new link:

I like the reflection of a tree in the upper right.  Is that intended or am I just assigning meaning to random shapes?  I magnified the card in my browser and it certainly looks intended, but you didn't mention it in your description. (unless it's there to show the world being turned upside down - just realised that could be it).

It is a tree.  It was just the coolest photo of a tree and hillside silhouetted against a stormy sky.  My primary purpose of it was, as you noticed, to show a simple way of seeing the world turned upside down.

Well, on to the Empress!  Smiley

Thanks again, All, for your comments/suggestions.  I'm finding I get too close to these images, plus my perfectionism tends to get in the way of my objectivity.

Me ka pono~

I like the addition.  It's a really cool way of showing the suits and the colour balances out the lemniscate on top.

Yes, that really adds something!  It's a small change, but it makes quite a difference to the feel of the card.  And, using the tetrahedra as a way to include the suit-symbols is a great idea.
