Oh, it's not that they explicitly say, "No pagan clubs". It's that I'm sure if it were brought up, they'd say, "There isn't enough support for it." At least, I think that's how it goes. In any case, S.W.O.R.D. was cancelled because of essentially student protests against it.

Gamers aren't a protected class.  (There's a pun in there, somewhere, but it's lunchtime and I'm too hungry to figure it out.) 

If D&D really were devil worship, then there might be some benefit to a religious discrimination case.

If D&D really were devil worship, then there might be some benefit to a religious discrimination case. 

However, they are trying to discriminate against something on account of their claim that it is related to a religion.
