I wouldn't try.  The vast majority of the folklore indicates that it is very unwise to try to deliberately attract the attention of fairies, much less *invite* them to hang out on your property. 

This is why I leave honey and fruit out for them fairly often, but keep my rods of cold iron close at hand. The Fair Folk that live up in the mountains where our cabin is seem much more calm and agreeable than those here in the city, but I think that's due to 1) the land there hasn't been disturbed or logged in over 150 years, so they're much more settled and also maybe 2) they find us amusing, and we're the only people who ever go up there, so they are willing to 'play nice' with us.
