In my family everyone seems to have their own crafty thing they can do during snow-in and rainy days. The only thing I've found so far that even seems relatively possible for me to learn is Macrame. I love making the knotted friendship bracelets and I'm told that Macrame is pretty similar to that.

Does anyone know where I could find good information online about Macrame and the materials needed?

Just a few, I was looking into plant hanger patterns.  But since I have already have so many other craft stuff around, I decided I did NOT need to take on another LOL.  But I knew the basics from my Great Aunt so I thought about it....  I may still try eventually

As far as supplies go any craft store would have it, you can even use yarn but other cord types are better.  (like hemp or Jute) but it does depend on what you are doing.  and then there is always the net!  you can find anything on the internet!
IDK if that really helps you but I hope it does, I normally would not reply since I dont macrame but as I had been looking I knew a few good sites.
