I got halfway through this one, and I'd agree about the breadth of learning. I remember thinking at the time that it would have been a pretty good reference source for anyone needing material for academic purposes.

Despite it's faults, I find the book quite good for personal use as well. I got a copy just a few weeks ago and am quite happy with it, though time will tell, I guess, how much of that is the book looking so much better in contrast to my simultaneous purchase and severe disappointment over Zorzos's Apollo: The Great God.
