Can you get Imp's Ears online? I'd like to try several of these, but I'm very sensitive to scents, so I don't want to waste a lot of money on something I can't wear.

You can order them here.

You can order imps ears through the site, and people are usually willing to do a lot of swapping, too.

I've got a BUNCH that just either aren't quite what I want or smell weird on me that I'd be happy to part with for something else to try, y'know? Smiley

Thanks Shadow! (And Star and Yewberry. Smiley)

The last real "perfume" I got a major hooked on thing for was Thierry Muglers 'Angel'

Oh, if you're looking for a really excellent duplication of Angel, you should try Sweetcakes.  A soapmaking friend of mine swears by this copy.  The products she makes with it sell really well.

I'm actually scratching my head over how many neighbors I could freak out by throwing a party.  All the little blond bunny foo foo's in my neighborhood...

I've gotten a number of otherwise vanilla gals hooked on BPAL.  It has many charms.  Wink

Compared to that...  BPAL is actually a GREAT deal.  I'm actually scratching my head over how many neighbors I could freak out by throwing a party.  All the little blond bunny foo foo's in my neighborhood...

It's an excellent deal: I get somewhere well over 20 uses out of a given imp (actually, have yet to finish any of them, but I've got some with 10+ uses that are half-full.) Very enjoyable small luxury.

The cool part is that if you have friends who are also fixated on it, you can swap scents back and forth - for example, one of my friends, honey notes often don't work on her, and florals are iffy. My skin likes a bunch of the stuff that doesn't work for her, so we swap. Very handy.

(Favorites of mine from BPAL include Queen of Sheba, which was one of those "Oh, this won't work" scents until we actually tried it on me. Arcana, which is a favorite witchy-mode scent of mine. Yew Trees. Delphi, which I particuarly adore in the summer.)

Oh wow.  I'm ..... man.

if I had spare cash, I'd be tempted to get a bottle of Mr. Ibis.  it looks ... wow.  *sigh*

I got Mr. Jaquel for myself and Mr. Nancy for my sister. They're both just heavenly.

(I'm almost out of Miskatonic University. EEEK!)

I've organized yet another Black Phoenix party with a few of my friends.  Here are our choices:

http://home.wavecable.com/~yewberry/blackphoenix/

I've promised myself that this time I'll take copious notes and post my reviews on the forum.

Oh, and I just found out they're working on a new series based on Neil Gaiman/Terry Pratchett's book "Good Omens".  I don't care what it smells like...I must have a big bottle of the Agnes Nutter.  Whoever started me down this delicious and expensive new road (Caroline?), I love/hate you.  Wink

Brina

I have a horrable problem of not keeping up with the entertainment world.  So please keep posting anything new on "Good Omens" or anything Terry Pratchett.

Oneof my favorite authors, and some of the best medicine I can find.

Will do, though I've read much more Gaiman than Pratchett.

lolol I got the Death Cap and the Strangling Fig.  Both had great reviews, and that *something* I needed but didn't know I needed.

I also picked up the red t-shit with the skellington and the books.  Something about all great truths beginning with blasphemies.   Grin

I'm stoked, broke and absoloutely giddy.  We know who will be beating up the mailman for the next couple days!

I'm giddy how bout you?  It's that post retail therapy high.  Wheeeeee...

Actually it reminded me that my inner dirt lover wants scents devoted more to current mindstate than to social trend.  I'm thinking this is just the ticket.

Going with fruity, food scented and the like (like I've ALWAYS done - I'm a food scented perfume gal...)  just isn't doing it for me.  I'm begging the unknown that what I ordered will have the substantial woody scents I'm dreaming of.
