That was my reaction as well.  I had to blink a few times and rub my eyes to make sure it really said "23,000" not "2300".

That was my reaction as well.  I had to blink a few times and rub my eyes to make sure it really said "23,000" not "2300". 

SAme here. In fact, I thought the link said 2300 and was shocked to see 23,000 in the article.
