Oh pshaw. On average, 1 facebook friend equals approx. 1/12 actual friend.   Smiley

I watched South Park's facebook episode with total sympathy and understanding.  I get lost in all the updates.

I watched South Park's facebook episode with total sympathy and understanding.  I get lost in all the updates.

I haven't reached the 3-digits yet in my friends list (fine by me!), but I do have quite a few.  After a little bit, I learned to skim, and how to key in on which updates were important.  If I have time I'll read everything, but if not it's surprisingly easy to run through a mental filter.  I also hide updates from all games, which declutters my feed quite a bit, and there are a couple of people I've hidden updates from entirely--I don't mind them seeing what I'm posting, but I don't feel the need to keep up with them.

Of course, I'm also able to check reasonably often, which helps as well; if I were checking only once a day or so I'd have to cut back a lot more.  It also helps that I seem to have managed to get a bunch of friends who (like me) might have days where they post a lot, but generally don't generate a lot of traffic on average.  And of course then there's the fact that Facebook apparently randomly decides I don't need to see all of everybody's posts.  ::sigh::

I'm finally getting around to adding a couple more folks from TC to Stalkbook. Like a few others, I don't really feel comfortable posting a link to my profile here (and anyway I think I have my privacy settings on high alert), but would still love to add ya'll. Feel free to PM me if you'd like to be friends.

I've added a couple of people who posted their info here in this thread as well.

I'm on there under mensachick, I'm delighted to have any of y'all as friends, but be advised a lot of the things posted there are on the more conservative side of the spectrum, in addition to a lot of supoort the troops stuff.  Tho there's usually a lot of random stuff bout my dogs and things Smiley

I did some adding.  If you want to be FB friends, pm me since I cannot figure out how to get a link to my page.  Also random note, I'm not at all open about being pagan on my page since my family would probably have a mass stroke.
