I just started reading Plato's Symposium tonight. It's really interesting, but the language is giving me a headache. Especially trying to read and make sense of it from a computer screen.

Has anyone else read the Symposium? What did you think?

Plato/symposium

Here's an online copy with notes and in more readable form (and more colloquial translation). The only problem is it is broken up into many web pages.

Thank you, Randall. Have you read it?

Yes I have, but not recently. I'll try to read it again so I can comment intelligently.

Actually reading through it right now. God only knows when I'll be done, but yay reading assignment!
