At work Tuesday i felt ill, and I hurt my back lifting a big box with paper samples. So my boss whom has warm hands was allowed to lay them on me.

Its the first time I received this treatment. So I relaxed as much as i could as she did her thing, At first it was hot. then I t felt like ray's or treads moved out from the point where she touched me, no pain dough. They moved out to the hands and feet. I could feel a kind of pressure building. I was told results might come slowly.

But it did not help, She also offered to give remote healing later that night at that moment i had fallen asleep from exaction. And felt no different when I a waked.

(As of my experiences with Witchcraft/ritual magic and its workings are we almost only theoretical. I Try to learn as much I can and then try when I feel I have enough information, as I'm doing this on my own with little guidance. My only guidance before finding this forum as been over skype from USA.)

My questions are;
Is this the kind of energy I am trying to build up for the use in rituals ETC. Cause then I know what it feels like.
Is it possible i "bled" these energies out, or unknowingly put it to other use? I find it strange that it hast not helped yet.

Energy is energy - it only depends on what you direct it to do.  So yes, it is the same kind - but is is supposedly directed to heal.  It is possible that it was healing something other than what you expected - hard to say when I'm not there.
