But as has been said above, Wicca is a religion, which isn't about energy work, but about worship.  Do you do that?  If not, perhaps you're a witch, or a magician.


I'm starting to think that eventually I'm going to stray from Wicca afterall, but for the moment, I need to still be Wiccan. Does that make sense?

Wicca can be a wonderful place to grow and learn.  and sometimes what we grow to realize is that there are other paths we need to walk.


But for the moment, you need to learn to walk, before skipping off.

That's what I did.  From the moment I first read Cunningham, I knew I wasn't always going to be neo-Wicca (and I did come down on that side, at first).  But I needed Wicca to teach me to see the world in that way.  And I needed Wicca to enable me to actually find faith in something more than myself.  But Wicca was a transitional phase for me.
