If you are in the US and on Daylight Time, remember to set your clock back an hour before you go to bed tonight (Nov 6). At 2 am Sunday morning (Nov 7), it because 1 am. We get the hour of sleep back that we lost in the spring.

Some of us just get to work an extra hour.  I could have used it last week.  I've noticed that while people are always late in the spring because they forgot to reset the clock, no one is early cause they forgot to reset their clock in the fall.

Blargh. Also it means it will be dark when I get out of work at 5pm. Welcome to the land of night. I always welcome extra sleep, however.  Grin
