Nothing - two "g"s = a hard consonant, right?
Yep, and short/schwa vowels - exactly like the last one-third of The Governator's name.  But I get "Edger", "Edgar", "Eager" (this was not fun when I was in the army), Shadow's nemesis the pluralization, and miscellaneous other misconstructions.

I suspected as much, but I have no idea why.  Probably something you posted that my conscious mind doesn't recall but my subconscious has on file.

I was thinking perhaps (now, can I spell this?) Laphroaig, but if I'm trying to entice you, the point would be whatever sort you like most.

Damnedest thing.  Many years back, I was determined to find out what all the fuss was about with Scotch.  I tried many varieties, straight or after performing all manner of eldritch and unspeakable rituals upon it, and never did develop a taste for it.  I did, however, learn to discern its quality not only by tasting but from aroma, and to appreciate why adding anything to it is an act of sacrilege (see "unspeakable rituals" above).

So I'll feed you single malt and see if I can take advantage of you, and just to keep the playing field something resembling level, I'll sip Jameson's.

I seem to have rendered you speechless.  As long as you're still grinning, I guess that's not a bad thing, but it's a bit problematic given the nature of online flirtation.  Uhm...

(Nope, can't do that, at least not in public.)

(Nope, that'll just sustain the speechlessness.)

Sooo, a Quantum Sunflower appears on the barstool next to yours....

MmmmMerlot... feed me wine, and I'm not sure who will be taking advantage of whom.

Translation:  Is that a wand in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?

(Yes, my flirtation style is kinda geeky - I don't suppose that's any sort of surprise though.)
