Last week my man bought a "small" bottle of jagermister so he could try jagerbombs.  Now I have most of the bottle left and I'm now looking for ideas using it in cooking/baking. For example, maybe use about a teaspoon in a batch of sugar cookies?  Anyone have any ideas? I'd hate to waste this stuff.

Jäger should be good wherever you'd normally use anise extract or seed.  So yes, in baking, but also things like sausage and tomato-based dishes.

Thanks, I'll try that using small amounts and increase as necessary.
