Last night, I disassembled an old 56K wireless card and took out the circuit board. My grandpa is fascinated with old clocks, so he had some gears lying around that he wasn't going to use, so I talked him into parting with them. This was the result:



It's wearable as is, but I think I'm going to do some tweaking to it yet. I'm thinking about shortening the chains running from the circuit board to the gears, removing the side chains, and attaching it to a leather cuff (circuit board is scratchy against the skin). Meanwhile, it just feels so good to be doing something creative.
