***MOD HAT ON***

After reviewing chat logs and rereading your message above, I'm giving you a formal warning for both personal attacks and picking fights on the forum. This is your second warning - and in just over a week, no less - and any warning that may follow will earn you a week long gag.

I'm going to assume you recall the conversation in chat well enough so I don't have to explain the warning for personal attacks - if not, feel free to contact me or Randall privately and we'll discuss.

Concerning the second part of the warning: You're welcome to take discussion ideas you did up in chat to the board for further conversation. Dragging personal conflicts from chat onto the board, however, is picking a fight and pointless. If you have personal issues with someone in chat, you are free to contact staff to report the problem - we have a log that goes back about 24 hours, and, as you see, will take action on rules violations that take place there. Posting anonymous public replies like you did above will accomplish nothing more but to escalate the situation. If things bother you so much you can't leave them be, please just report them to staff and walk away to calm down.

As always, if you have issues with this call, feel free to contact me, or Randall or Lyric privately.

I don't mean this to be an argument with a staff decision in any way, and I'm not questioning your call in regard to Nick. With that said, I was in the wrong in chat too. Some of the remarks I made should have been made to Nick in private, and some shouldn't have been made at all. I got caught up in trying to win the argument and ventured into areas I knew would hurt; the only reason it doesn't look like a blatant rules violation from my end was that the vulnerable spots I exploited were ones that people who haven't known Nick for years wouldn't necessarily know existed. I'm as responsible for the drama in chat as he is, and more so for being devious and manipulative. That's not who I want to be, especially not to the kind of person who, when I had nothing, shared everything he had with me. I'm deeply sorry for my role in it and will accept whatever action the mods deem appropriate.
