I'm glad you asked!  *insert evil cackle*

No, kidding.  It's a religious philosophy that I and some other people are working on - there's a SIG here with some essays and my blog at www.flamekeeping.org with more information.

Basically it's a pantheistic path with the idea that we are the eyes and hands of the Divine and we need to go out there and DO stuff to improve what we can - and a set of questions to start thinking about HOW to do that.

ha! i will have to read that.
do you see divinity as being separate from everything that exists? if so, maybe panentheism might be more accurate?

Nope.  Divinity is OF everything - if it exists, it is of the Divine.  Us, them, the chair, all of it.

separation is dangerous and causes confusion.  *sage wise-person nod*

Because it's about taking care of our own sacred flame - I use the flame as a metaphor for soul.

interesting. like energy?
i see the spirit as energy (which all things possess) and the soul as genetics. it's the energy which is divinity...the everything that exists (there has got to be a better way to say that) while the soul is kinda like how the atoms are put together.

Most definitely Smiley I'm a Stoic and we believe that the universe is a conscious system and that our individual consciousnesses are literally a part of that.
