I like Irish Witchcraft from an Irish Witch by Lora O'Brien and Imramma by Eblana Raven. Theyre a good blend of Neopaganism, Irish culture and folk culture - medieval and modern. Theyre written by people with an actual educational background in the subject actually from Ireland who have actual practical experience from being involved in our traditional culture.

Can you narrow that down a bit?  I currently have 192 books in my Library Thing list, most of which are about some aspect of Bronze/Iron Age Celts.  You probably don't want me to list all 192.   Cheesy

Are you looking for books on Celtic mythology?  History?  Art?  Religion/spirituality?

"Best" in what way?  Most detailed?  Easiest to read?  Most inspiring?

From all the Celtic books, be it Mythology, History, which ones would you say are the best and the ones you liked the most.

...why is it that, every time I turn around, someone else is trying to tempt me to buy books?  Tongue

I have a favourite book, but it's currently a state away, so I might need to try and find the title before I post it...

What men are poets who can speak of Jupiter as if he is a man, but when he is a spinning ball of ammonia and methane must be silent?
