Does anyone know why some people use a double A when spelling the name TdD? "Tuatha de Danaan"
Does anyone know if there is a belief that corresponds to the double A spelling?

As I understand it, the spelling is a 'correction' by antiquarians, who wanted to emphasise what they saw as the similarities/heritage from the Greek/Egyptian Danaans.
