(so everyone on staff will have one in their mailboxes... sorry 'bout that, people).
OTOH, it's probably good to brush the dust and rust off it and take it out for a spin every now and again, to keep the battery from running down Cheesy.

Testing now....

... And, mine went through, posted to the list, and has been sent back out (so everyone on staff will have one in their mailboxes... sorry 'bout that, people).

I'll PM you the addy, Marilyn, so you can correct if you've got it wrong - though I suspect it was probably just a Yahell glitch.

Got it thanks.  Tested it and it works.  I was kind of surprised that it was so different from the one in my address book - more than just a misplaced letter, which is what I had figured it must be.

Ah well, I'm back in the loop now anyway.

So, I hit 'show unread topics' and was redirected to a red warning page informing me that TC had been listed as an 'attack site'. Screenshot here: http://screencast.com/t/0mcfJNGw

When I clicked the 'why was this page blocked', I got this message from Google, basically saying there is no reason to be concerned: http://screencast.com/t/1GSCyBim68ji

If I click 'ignore this warning', I go to the TC page, but it's all screwy: http://screencast.com/t/vyKROe4kGfk

Then if I try to click a link to the forum say, from there, it takes me back to the red warning page.

If, on the TC page, I click the 'this isn't an attack site' in the red top toolbar, it takes me here: http://www.stopbadware.org/firefox?hl=en-US&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ecauldron.net%2Fforum%2Findex.php

These problems are all in Firefox, and make the site unvisitable. Internet Explorer is still working.

Like a lot of people I'm in this boat too... I had to switch to Safari, it's working for now.

I don't know if it's important- y'all might have figured everything out and on the way to fixing it- but I'm in Chrome and it's warning me about Malware.

It was a list of a few of the pages they see malware on. Oddly, I habve looked at those pages along with the rest of the site and wasn't seeing it. I had them show me one as Googlebot sees it and there was the rockstar1 crap. We display an affiliate ad on all the pages they listed. This ad was served via javascript from their site. The rockstar bit was mixed at the end of their ad. It looks like they were hacked -- I've emailed them and am displaying the ad without their javascript on the pages it was on.

So wait, Google listed TC as an attack site because of a Google ad?  Nice. Roll Eyes  At least that means it's safe to turn avatars and sigs back on.  Keeping track of who was saying what was startlingly difficult without them.

Same. I have Chrome and have done no recent updates, and I got the message as well. :S So it's not just a FF issue.

I'm in chrome too, keep getting that message.

I had this exact same problem, and couldn't even get in to view messages all day.

No, it was a (non-Google) ad for a specific product. They deliver the ad via javascript (so they can put up specials and the like) than appears on about 100-200 pages of our site. We been using it for over a year without problems. Their server apparently got hacked and a hidden iframe loading this "rockstar1" thing got added. I've emailed them and expect they have a lot of those when they start working this morning.

Ah, I see. Thanks for the explanation. It does kind of seem like private ads that are hosted on another server leave open a backdoor.
