Linode gave customers a 25% increase in disk space about 2 weeks ago (from 48 gigs to 60 gigs in our case). I just shut down the server and resized the disk to actually get the extra space. The entire server was down for 15 minutes or so.  Everything but the MUX should be back. The MUX should be back shortly (15-30 minutes).

The MUX and the Flash MUX client should be back.

The MUX and the Flash MUC client should be back.

MUX is working- I'm in it now. Not sure about the Flash client, since I use my own.

I remember when my job (1970's) got an AT with 20 MB of space, and did not know what to do with all of that space.

LOL. I remember those small meg hard drives too. I know when I went from an Apple IIe with two floppies at home to an XT with a 10 meg drive at work, I thought I'd never fill it. I moved to one of those ATs with a 20 meg drive long before I filled the 10 meg drive.

The machine I'm at now has a 1 terabyte drive that is about 35% full. My Office suite would not fit on that old 20 meg drive. Sad

My first home computer had a 100mg and it seemed unfillable.  (This was my first computer as an adult.  My very first ever was a Commodore 64 with a cassette drive and no hd at all.)

I also remember about, oh, 10 years ago now walking through Fry's electronics and seeing a hard drive that was OMG 10 gigs!!  Now my mp3 player has that much memory.  Wink

I used to fight with the kids about how much they could put on the hd.  When we got a computer that had 120 gigs (maybe 8 or 9 years ago) and as we walked out to the car I said that I supposed they could each have 20 gigs and we all almost fell over laughing since the old computer had maybe all of that for the hd.  Now my son has many terabytes between his desktop, laptop, and server.  His laptop has 12 gigs of ram - and I used to think 64mg was styling!
