I have decided to start making my own bath salts, and some other stuff that needs essential oils.  Since they are going to be used for magickal purposes, I would prefer true ones.  I dont want to have to make my own, so if anyone knows where I can get some, I would appreciate it if you could let me know Smiley

By "true" do you mean actual essential oils as opposed to perfume oils, or is this a distinction I'm just unaware of?...

When I get essential oils I find them at the local co-op/health food/natural food/whole foods store.

true as in natural oils, not synthetic ingredients.    At least that is what they are called in the book I am looking at to learn how to do this stuff  Cheesy

I guess I am going to have to go check out the local health food store.   Thanks for the tip Smiley

I usually buy my EOs from Glory Bee.  Excellent quality, more than decent prices.  I've also ordered from Now Foods.  Some of their prices are better than Glory Bee.

It's not that far-fetched.  You'd need an essential oil still.  I've coveted one for years, but still haven't gotten up the nerve to buy one...

I understand on the distiller!  I dont have the nerve to make my own yet either! LOL or the funds, for that matter.

Thank you for the links! I have found out the local health food store and the local occult store both have them as well, the occult store being cheaper.   But some of the prices on the links look like when I do order in bigger orders, that it will be the cheaper way to go.

Have you tried local holistic stores and the such? I know my mom has found some great ones through Lavendar Lanes catalogue and a few others like it, maybe the San Francisco herb company? I don't know, she has so many of them, lol.

I know I'm coming in late here, but we get ours from The Essential Oil Company. They have a minimum order of $50 but their quality is excellent, and their service is wonderful as well. Smiley

Be careful with occult shops.  I've found that a lot of times they don't label clearly if an item is an essential oil or a perfume oil.  If the prices is significantly lower than you've seen elsewhere, be doubly cautious.
