Greetings everyone from Erie,PA and here's my first offering to the masses here.

What wonderful worlds we make for ourselfs, with but a thought we change such small things that lead to greater changes. As if like a butterfly effect's the great storms path do we mold the path that lays before us and yet ever changing we step off this path seeking something untamed by our own hands. If but only once in our lives we find ourselfs infront of the gates that lead to the end of the grand path we create we will likely turn around and seek another path as we strive for so long that we only seek the path and not the goal. As time and footsteps grow far behind do we accept the loss of body to grant us the age old need to strive to learn and experience again what we once enjoyed. All the wonders of the world can be found within sight of your eyes and behind the dreams of the minds eye and yet many accept less than what they sense and ask of thereselfs nothing more than to walk there paths set for them by others. We sense and change to meet our world and to be one with its nature even if that vary nature is harsh to us and yet kind to many who barely touch the life that it grants. I task you reader to think of what i've writen here and to post a comment on what you think i'm speaking of...

A simple yet useful way to center yourself... Begin by placing yourself in a place of chaos, ether a wild party or large place of people who gather themselfs in what appears to be randomness. Once you find yourself a place to sit/stand close your eyes and relax yourself and listen to the world around you and as you do this feel the energy that ebbs and flows around the mass of living beings and let it pass over you. If you are doing this right you shall be breathing deeply and your body will feel rather awake and aware of the place you are in. This is rather helpful in becoming one with any place your in but works rather well when dealing with chaos and helps to cool off any ill effects brought on by sickness of most anytype.

Welcome to The Cauldron.

Just a word of advice, however. Before you begin to give "the masses here" the benefit of your knowledge in written lecture form, you might want to get to know us and let us get to know you. That way you know what parts of your knowledge might be new to us and you don't risk coming across as a "arrogant guru type".

Thank you once again and don't worry i'm not here to lecture anyone just sharing my views. I mostly came here to get feed back on what i post from people who'd likely have reason to give senseable feedback.
