Oh boy.

http://www.cwipp.org/

Of course, I went straight to the audio presentation "The Anti-Christ Spirit and the Homosexual Agenda" (the title says it all). Towards the end the speaker mentions WitchVox in near apocalyptic tones and tries to link the site to pedophilia.

To borrow a phrase off of a commericial that's currently running on tv, "Uh, what?"  Huh

Oh boy.

Oh my...  After a quick glance at the site, I've decided that Dr. Jones has his head stuck somewhere it hadn't ought to be and he'll need surgery to remove it.  What a load of misogynistic, gay-bashing, pagan-hating crap!

Didja happen to notice that the books that're being sold there were written either by Peter Jones (with and without a co-author) or Rebecca Jones?

Honestly?  It looks to me like neither of them could get their books listed for sale any place else so they started their own website to promote the books and what the two of them are on about.  but that's just my opinion.

More hatred being spewed in the name of Christ. Somehow I doubt he is all that amused.

What's saddest is their earnest belief that they are doing good for the world, in Christ's name.

For my part, I couldn't care less what they think of paganism or homosexuality (which, interestingly, they seem to consider virtually synonymous). The big problem is that they have a need for their view of Christianity to be 1) the social norm, and 2) public policy, enforceable by law.

I'm happy to say that, overall in the Western world, they're losing on both fronts.

That's probably because even a sensible chimpanzee can see just how wrong that kind of world would be.  I find it intriguing that they have a healthy sense of paranoia that everyone they don't like has a anti-Christian agenda.  Anyone want to shatter their overblown egos and explain to them that it's not a conspiracy to bring about their downfall?

Yep, I agree. Unfortunately, these opinions are all too common. If Jesus hates Pagans so much, why did he reveal his birth to the Three Magi, (literally-Magicians or Wizards) then receive gifts (offerings) from them? Do you suppose they went home and burnt all their astrology and magick books (the same books that led them to the infant Christ in the first place)? I think not, and if Christ will not condemn them then he will not condemn me, who does the same things.
