Kewl...  For me, staves have always needed some sort of 'dangly' be it a scarf, feathers or a rope of charms such as you have there.  I couldn't say why it just somehow adds to their personality.

 It's not finished but those are the bits and pieces that have been waiting around for the right chunk of wood - it's a new version of something I had once before (though this is a much nicer chunk of wood) - colours and symbols are different because this is a new time, a new place and a new life, but the principles are the same. (Clear as mud I know lol)

(And, I had to explain exactly what I was doing to the person who walked in while I was in the middle of it. Shocked )

Unfortunately now I have a short, but very specific, shopping/hunt-up/find list...... ho hum.
