I really hate trying to write introductions and sometimes find it much easier to just fill in the blanks so I thought I would do an intro that way.    Anyone else care to fill in the blanks too?   I think the basic form could be copied instead of re-typed.  Answer only what you are comfortable with.

Well, here goes...

Age and Gender:   40+, Female
Other “titles”:  wife, mom
Path/Tradition: None yet still searching, but leaning toward Druidry (did I spell that right?)
Solitary or Group:  Solitary now, but may change
Urban, Suburban, Rural, Wild soul:  wild soul (love wild places) but live in rural area
Night owl or morning bird:  neither, my fire kicks in during mid-day.
Totem animal(s) if any:  Don't know if they are really totem animals, but female bear (sometimes alone, sometimes with a pair of cubs) appears in my dreams quite frequently.   I've also had many dreams from early childhood about dogs.   Always in three or five, silvery and smooth but not any known breed of dog; they are kind of amorphous, almost shapeshifting - quicksilver
Pets: Dogs, goats, sheep, ducks, cat, formerly horses too
Personal God(dess), Diety, Elemental, etc., if any: none
Sun Sign:
Moon Sign:
Element(s):  Fire, air
Ritual/Worship Space:  Outdoors most of year.   Have a special place (clearing in woods that we've "rounded" out) for yoga, meditation and likely ritual as soon as I figure out what I want to do.
Skyclad Ritual: no
Divination method(s), if any:  Tarot though I'm not very good at it, ditto runes.   Scrying is getting better.   Yoga meditation helps to focus.
Favorite or Special Thing(s):  on the northern part of our property is a pair of trees, an oak and a beech, we call the "lover's trees"   They have grown together at the roots, wrapped around each other.   Both perfectly straight and healthy otherwise - a beautiful canopy in the sunlight.   Also a really special "pebble" I found at the beach when I was age 5.  I don't know what it is, it's very  odd shaped, smoothed by sand and water and magnetic - I think it may be a meteorite fragment, but don't know.
Favorite Food (specific or general):  Italian, chocolate, lime
Favorite Beverage: made from scratch hot cocoa, margaritas (non-frozen) and wine
Favorite Season: Autumn
Least Favorite Season: Winter (hate cold, ice and slush) especially when slogging out to the barn.
Most Anticipated Holiday (secular or ritual): Halloween, July 4th
Favorite scent, oil, fragrance, infusion, etc.:  Vanilla, Lime, pomegranate/musk/tangerine, sandalwood/lavender, clove/carnation, frankincense and bergamot
Favorite color, excluding black and white: red, purple
Favorite metal, gem, mineral, etc.: platinum, herkimer diamond, amber, diamond, labradorite (sp?)
Favorite artist(s):  Bierstadt, Frazetta, Monet, Mucha, Pisarro, Kensett, Milon Townsend, Lalique, Lladro, O'Keefe, Luc Genot and some other specific works
Favorite musician(s) or music:  too many to list, classic (Vivaldi), Jazz (Rippingtons), R&B, New Age (Enya, Halpern), Celtic instrumental, bagpipe/drum bands (live only), Rock & Pop (60s - 90s) Punk (B52, Devo), Techno (Goldfrapp, Kill Hannah), ME (drums) --- basically anything but rap.
Favorite Non-Pagan book(s) or author(s):   Roll Eyes Really too many to list - Mary Stewart (Hollow Hills, Crystal Cave, Last Enchantment, Touch not the Cat) Victoria Holt (Kirkland Revels, On the Night of the Seventh Moon, Mask of the Enchantress), Phyllis Whitney (Black Amber, Stone Bull, Seven Tears for Apollo), Clive Cussler (Inca Gold, Sahara, Valhalla Rising), Sandra Heath & June Calvin (paperback romance), Agatha Christie (Hercule Poirot), Peter Mayle, J.K. Rowling (yeah, I admit I like the Harry Potter books)...
Favorite Pagan book(s) or author(s):  read a few but haven't a favorite so far
Other stuff: ME dance (aka bellydance/drum circles, Plays with fire - glass art and Poi

Eh, what the heck.  I kinda like these kind of things.  (Welcome to the Cauldron, if I haven't said it already!  I have this nagging feeling that I have, but the baby has completely eaten my brain, so I could be wrong...)

Age and Gender:   27, female
Other “titles”:  wife and mother of one
Path/Tradition: Hellenic Polytheism
Solitary or Group:  Solitary
Urban, Suburban, Rural, Wild soul:  Suburban
Night owl or morning bird:  I don't even know anymore.  My system's just completely out of whack since the baby was born.
Totem animal(s) if any:  None
Pets: Two cats
Personal God(dess), Diety, Elemental, etc., if any: Apollo
Sun Sign:  Aquarius
Moon Sign:  Heck if I know
Element(s):  Water, sometimes fire, depending on the application
Ritual/Worship Space:  Wherever I'm at when I need to do something.  Often, my house.
Skyclad Ritual: Nope
Divination method(s), if any:  I completley suck at divination.
Favorite Special Thing:  Not sure how to answer this one.
Favorite Food (specific or general):  I'm actually not sure I have one as such right now.  Or I have too many and can't narrow it down, depending on how you look at it.
Favorite Beverage: Cosmopolitans, sweet white wine, cherry Coke, black tea with milk and sugar...  OK, there's a lot of these too.
Favorite Season: Summer, particularly early summer before it gets really hot and humid.  I love all the sunshine and warm weather.
Least Favorite Season: I'll go with winter too.  I hate being cold and I really dislike driving or walking on ice and snow.
Most Anticipated Holiday (secular or ritual): Right this second, Columbus Day, because it's my next holiday from work.  Smiley  But in general, probably Christmas, which I celebrate secularly.
Least Anticipated Holiday:  N/A
Favorite scent, oil, fragrance, infusion, etc.:  BPAL's Rose Cross and Delphi scents
Favorite color, excluding black and white: Why excluding black and white?  Black is it for me.  Short of that, dark green or blue, I guess.  Maybe silver, but usually only in combination with one of the others.
Favorite metal, gem, mineral, etc.: amber
Favorite artist(s):  I go more for specific works than for artists, usually.
Favorite musician(s) or music:  I've given up on having a favorite musician or favorite music.  The artists that currently come up most often on my playlist right this second are mostly in the alternative-metal-goth-industrial grouping, with some soft rock, folk, and world music thrown in.  Also, thanks to the baby, I have recently found these lullabye CDs, which I think are pretty awesome.
Favorite Non-Pagan book(s) or author(s):   Right now I'm quite taken with Katherine Kurtz's Deryni books, although I kind of think the more recent entries in the series are starting to suffer a little bit of a decline in quality.  (They're still good, though, just not as good as the earlier ones.)
Favorite Pagan book(s) or author(s):  I don't have a favorite.
Other:  Not sure how to answer this one either.

Been there, it WILL get better!   Best piece of advice I ever rec'd - let the housework slide and sleep when baby does, the heck with chores.

Favorite color, excluding black and white: Why excluding black and white?  Black is it for me.  Short of that, dark green or blue, I guess.  Maybe silver, but usually only in combination with one of the others.
Because one is the absence of color and the other is the combination of all colors.   I usually get these mixed up but I think with the refraction and qualities of light, all colors is white light and no colors is black or darkness; it is the opposite with paints/pigments.  That and most pagans seem to prefer black - don't know if this is absolutely true, but seems like it  Huh

Other:  Not sure how to answer this one either.
Other covers anything else you want to add, but which doesn't fit elsewhere.

Solitary or Group:  N/A ?
N/A wasn't really clear.   If you are questioning my question, it is asking if you are a sole practitioner or part of a group.

Favorite Special Thing:  Not sure.
  see reply to Star above.

FlameKeeping doesn't really have (of yet anyway) a provision for group practice. That, and to my knowledge there are only three active members who are spread out geographically Cheesy

Genevieve Wood is Heartshadow our assistant board coordinator. The genre is fantasy and you can check out the online version of one of her novels here www.warriorsofthesungod.com
The first year is also available in print. I've had the Privilege though of reading several of her unpublished works that I thoroughly enjoyed.
