What are your favorite web comics? I tend to like a variety, and my favorites change according to my mood. Here are the ones I read either daily or "most days."

hubby had a chance a couple saturdays ago to attend a workshop given by Phil and Kaja Foglio (girlgenius comix and Phil and Dixie of Dragon Magazine), as near as he could tell, most of the people were there because of the comix and Phil and Dixie rather than to learn how they worked their comix to be much more affordable, not stress out Kaja, and reach more people on the web. One of his frends told him about it and he was going to stay home and rake the lawn and I'm like, go play with your friends..

What are your favorite web comics?

I don't read many, but I still like Something Positive.

It doesn't really count as a "comic", per se, but I love Homestar Runner.

Mandrina already mentioned Order of the Stick, which I adore, but I'm also addicted to Wapsi Square, Questionable Content, Metanoia, Sinfest, The Dreamland Chronicles and Scary Go Round. Others that I read on a less frequent basis (or that have ended) are A Softer World, AppleGeeks, Lackadaisy, Netjeru, No Rest For The Wicked, Two Lumps, The 10k Commotion, Bunny, Count Your Sheep, Queen of Wands and Able & Baker.

I think I need a life. Embarrassed

Order of the Stick has already been mentioned but I also read The Battle for Gobwin Knob that you can find in the left hand menu on the Order of the Stick page.  Other than those two the only other strip I'm currently following is Freefall.  It's a fun comic though this last story line is starting to go a little stale.

No Rest for the Wicked has already been mentioned but I love Oh My Gods, and Boy Meets Boy (this link may or may not work.  This comic ended a few years ago) and its spin-off Friendly Hostility

ETA: It's not technically a comic but I love Neurotically Yours

I don't really do web comics, but I adore Ozy and Millie:  www.ozyandmillie.org.

I also used to love The Parking Lot is Full - http://plif.andkon.com/.  It's been dead for years, but I still get a kick out of digging throught the archives from time to time.

Well, Ctrl+Alt+Del, Something Positive, Two Lumps, Sinfest and AppleGeeks have already been mentioned.  The rest of my daily roster:

Clan of the Cats
Penny Arcade
Megatokyo
Punch an' Pie (the Queen of Wands spinoff)

I think that's it.  I may be forgetting something.

Foamy! I used to love Neurotically Yours, and then it stopped being funny. Has it gotten funny again?

This computer doesn't have speakers so I haven't watched it in a while.  It has its moments, but the older ones are a bit funnier.

I'll second Order of the Stick, Erfworld/Gobwin Knob, Oh My Gods and Megatokyo.

Otherwise:
Dominic Deegan: Oracle For Hire
Kevin and Kell
The Wotch (updates erratically)
Mixed Myth (complete, but worth reading through.)

What are your favorite web comics?

Besides Order of the Stick and Dominic Deegan, both already mentioned, my other "read immediately as newly posted" strip is Gunnerkrigg Court (http://www.gunnerkrigg.com/index2.php)

We're on chapter 15 now. It's about a girl who has been sent to a very odd school, and has a bunch of magical stuff. And techie stuff. And trying to figure out family and friendships. One of the chapters from this summer has some really interesting Coyote stuff in it, of potential interest to some folks here. You probably do need to start at the beginning for it to make sense, though.

ZOMG Harley and Mikhail forever! </fangirlgushing>

Yes, those mentioned above I second, as well as Two Lumps, Apple Geeks, and Dinosaur Comics.

I also read (with warnings listed appropriately; no NSFW because I consider all webcomics NSFW):
Carrots and Cheese (sexual content)
Diesel Sweeties (robot-human relationship -- slight sexual content)
Least I Could Do (sexual content)
Looking For Group (parody of WoW and fantasy in general; innocents will be hurt)
Road Waffles (ended; cruelty to animals, sexual content, swearing, violence, and lots of fun)
VG Cats (it's cats + video games)
Vampirates (swearing)
Okashina Okashi: Strange Candy (um...anime parody. World domination and Sailor Fukus)

It's always been spotty, in my opinion.  That said, though, there have been several I liked...less so now that Germaine got "hot".

p.s.  My espresso machine's name is "Foamy" and it has this picture on it.
