I think there are a couple of threads going on now about protections and shielding, but....... feel free to start one.

I would be quite interested in where you are at with it yourself, because I don't use paper at all.

Thanks for the welcome....... I haven't had a chance to go thru the threads you mention, but I should be sleeping, so it will have to wait - darn, sleep always gets in the way of doing good stuff! LOL!

I'll discuss my method there, too, so as not to take up excess space in this forum, but I learned it from a friend who uses sort of older rituals, from perhaps the 1960's and 'handed down' witch practices.

Anyway, I'll try to write that up some time soon.
