We just got the results of Donna 18 months after radiation CT Scan. No change since last scan six months ago. This translates to "no signs of the cancer returning" which is great news.  We may barely be able to keep all the bills paid thanks to no health insurance, but Lyric is thankfully cancer free at 18 months.

Just popping in for a second here. Smiley

Randall and I are both REALLY relieved at the news. It's funny, but we didn't really start to get nervous about the results until Tuesday, but when we heard yesterday afternoon, I got that sort of deflated, exhausted feeling. It's amazing how tired you can be when you get good news. LOL

One thing this does mean is that since the scan was clear, I now move to annual scans rather than biannual. I also have fewer appointments with the radiation oncologist...I'll see Dr. Mundy again in May. I'll also call the ENT's office and let him know the results are back and are clear. He can access them, so I suspect he'll pull them up in the next week and possibly just call us with what he sees.

Anyway, this is all really good news and now we can face the holidays with some serious good cheer.  Cheesy
