Researchers in a remote Indonesian jungle have discovered a giant rat that is about five times the size of a typical city rat and a tiny possum, scientists said Monday.

Wonderful that places like that do still exist (for now anyway.)  It looked more like a large mouse to me rather than a rat.




It a real shame that this giant rat wasn't discovered on the island of Sumatra.  Wink
