After doing some general Googling I'm coming up with very few other "Pagan" forums that are still active.  In particular I'm interested in forums that specialize in Druid or Celtic paganism.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'll be honest, after TC left Delphi, I pretty well stopped looking at other pagan forums. There may be other ones out there that are serious, but it seemed like every one I ever ended up in was too light for me...and I'm Greek. I don't think I could handle most of what the CR types have had to put up with. Have you looked at mailing lists? That would be another option for specific-focus pagan religions.

I don't know of any other boards that you would probably be interested. But as someone else suggested, you might want to look at mailing list or Egroups. There are several Yahoo Egroups that you may find interesting and educational. I am in several general Pagan groups and I have gotten a lot out of them. I hope this helps.
